Guest bhishan Report post Posted 06/01/2006 05:00 PM I'm purchasing a D/240jct-t1 to do predictive dialing, and we also got a Full T1 PRI ISDN line. i was wondering if it's possible for voiceguide to do all of the outgoing dialing to customers from the T1, but to forward the call to an agent who only has a computer connected to the internet once the customer picks up the phone. this will be across a local 100mb LAN, so speed should not be an issue. Would the agent have to have a specific voiceguide client on their end? Share this post Link to post
